See how this site creates their URL's - I love how they get a lot of keywords into them. The CMS is Mambo

In general, it is best to leave out session ID's if possible

if you sell products the preferred method:
www .domainname.com/category-name/product-name.html

Never think in terms of search engines, they don’t buy your products. Always think of human users first.
