General copywriting for search engines is a bit different than the offline world. You still need to grab the readers attention and make a persuasive argument for human users, since these are your ultimate targets.
The only unfortunate thing is that search engines really need a lot of text to index, especially on the homepage. For smaller websites, its usually best to have more homepage text than you normally would. This copy needs to have 4-7 repetitions of your main keyword phrase. |
