Google has launched a very cool tool, so many people signed up for it last week (11/15/05) when it launched, service was slow. its back to normal now.
This was born from their purchase of Urchin.com, a statistics tool i used back in 1998!

Google Analytics does track all ad campaigns, not just those from adwords. In addition, you can track landing pages, conversion goals, and it gives great tools for measuring conversion - its a good user interface. Many tools have more features, but none are as easy to use and provide usable results. Unless you have staff devoted to web analytics, this service would be great for you.

The only area where it is not as strong is organic tracking, but awstats or other server based tracking can be used for this.
