Thought everyone might find this interesting. Search King vs. Google is now over. The court dropped Search King's case over PR on May 27th.

This establishes a precident that Google can drop your PR if they find out you are buying or selling text links in order to manipulate PR.

The result of this lawsuit is what everyone assumed all along. Google is a private company and merely publishes its "opinion" of websites. Opinions are protected under the 1st amendment.
