I believe posting articles to sites such as prweb.com is a waste of time. There are thousands of automated website scrapers that will poach your precious content and repost all over the web, diluting your hard work and marginalizing any benefit.

It is good to post relevant articles from trusted sources on your website with a referring link back, but it is unlikely you will gain a tangible benefit from it.

Rewriting the articles and posting on your site is the best method.
