I am searching for search engine submission software that lets me:

a) emulate hand/manual submission (like what webposition gold does) but
b) I wish to be able to enter the selection of directories/crawlers that I choose versus using a pre-programmed list.

Any recommendations will be appreciated.

It usually is not possible to do effective automated submission. For example, Google really does NOT accept submissions, you have to get someone to link to you first.

This service provides semiautomated submissions to directories and saves your information. The only downside is Robert Woodhead (the webmaster) doesn't update it very often
