Hi,

Those are some of the on page optimization and they are great.

The one I don't actually agree with is the menu on the right site... Surveys show that people always look at the top left side of the screen first of all.

So I still placed the menu on the left side... What I did is add an image on top of the menu, with alt tag (my keyword) so Search engines will see the keyword in alt tag first thing.

i agree to that karl. it's still having it o the left side that works for me. offsite optimization includes backlinks, right?
