It is a myth that you should stuff as many keywords into a page as you can. High frequency of a particular phrase is a red flag to search engines. It is very easy to spot, and creates a negative SEO signature for your website.

“The first time a word is used on a site, it’s significant,” said Matt Cutts, a Google software engineer. “If that word is used 50 times, there is a diminishing return.”
