yep, and the value of ODP seems to be decreasing as less sites use this directory for ranking purposes.

Very True -

I would suggest if your site is not listed:

- give her a shot and submit it

- then forget about it... maybe at some point you'll be added or maybe not

It does seem to help on some sites with traffic from those moderate to few that actually use the directory to search for stuff and other sites in the ODP will see no benefit.
